Banana Strawberry Cream
Here's a delicious low-fat dessert with almost no sugar but a lot of taste and nutrients... I just love the banana-strawberry-honey combination. And it's so quick to make!
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 tsp. honey
- 500 g low-fat yoghurt, vanilla flavor
- unsweetened cocoa
- Mash bananas and strawberries and mix with honey. Spoon the mixture into 4 dessert bowls.
- Spread the yoghurt evenly on top.
- Dust with a bit of cocoa and serve immediately.
- You can prepare the cream some time in advance and keep it in the fridge. In that case, put the cocoa on only shortly before you serve it.
- This dessert looks very nice in little glass bowls because it’s a layer dessert. But if you like, you can also mix all the ingredients together.
- If you don’t like the vanilla flavor, use plain yoghurt and add a tsp. of cinnamon.
