1. Carbonated drinks - think twice before substituting water with this beverage. This food has absolutely no value to your health. It is actually full of sugar making it bad for your teeth and its acid content is not good for your stomach.

5. Instant noodles and ramen - Widely popular especially to people who have minimal time to prepare food. It contains a lot of salt making it an unhealthy food since when consumed frequently will affect your kidneys.

6. Burger - Another very tasty food that has no value to your health since all it does is contributing to the blockage of your arteries.

7. Canned goods - This type of processed food is full of additives.

8. Coffee - Although it is an effective way to jump-start your day, it surely is not a good idea if you don't want to age easily.

9. Artificial sweeteners - Created to substitute sugar, it was found out that there are side effects to long-term use. Try natural sweeteners instead like honey.

10. "Health foods" - some manufacturers pass their product as healthy foods. Don't forget to read the fine print. Chances are, it is full of calories.
