Quick Weight Loss Recipes

The best weight loss diet is just simply eating healthy, and that not only for a month or two but continuously. If you can eat anything you want, as long as you don't overdo it, you won't get frustrated and get back to your old habits. If you enjoy what you eat, you will keep on doing it, and the effect is great: Not only will you lose your excess weight without too much of an effort, but you will also keep it off.

We all actually know more or less what it means to eat healthy. Eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grain products, little fat and lean meat, and not too much fast food, chips and sweet stuff.

But what if we just simply don't have the time to cook? Don't worry! There are lots of recipes that are healthy and quick to make that can help you lose weight.

Just some ideas...
Why don't you take some apples and oranges to work as a snack in between, instead of chocolate bars or biscuits? They are packed in just as quick. And grapes are also very nice to eat in between. You can just grab some whilst working. But remember: Always wash the fruit before you eat it!

For summertime, you can very quickly prepare a tasty salad for lunch or supper. Just mix lettuce with canned tuna (the one in water, not in oil, of course) and fruit, e.g. diced pineapple (preferably fresh because the canned has usually sugar added).

Brown toast or whole grain muffins with sugar-free jam are also great. Or mix low-fat cottage cheese with some spices to make a quick tasty cream. Low-fat yoghurt also gives you plenty of healthy snack opportunities.
