Grilled Chicken And Pumpkin Sandwich

A great light dinner recipe, quick and easy to make, that can help you to get rid of your left-overs at the same time, making a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices toast
  • Mango chutney
  • Grilled chicken, sliced
  • 8 slices cheese
  • Baked butternut pumpkin, sliced
Steps
  1. Spread some chutney on the toast. Then put a layer of grilled chicken and one of butternut on and cover with the cheese.
  2. Place under the grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and the food is hot.
  3. Sprinkle with yellow curry and serve.
Tips
Instead of grilled chicken you could also use turkey.
