Grilled Chicken And Pumpkin Sandwich
A great light dinner recipe, quick and easy to make, that can help you to get rid of your left-overs at the same time, making a delicious sandwich. 
Ingredients 
- 8 slices toast
 - Mango chutney
 - Grilled chicken, sliced
 - 8 slices cheese
 - Baked butternut pumpkin, sliced
 
- Spread some chutney on the toast. Then put a layer of grilled chicken and one of butternut on and cover with the cheese.
 - Place under the grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and the food is hot.
 - Sprinkle with yellow curry and serve.
 
Instead of grilled chicken you could also use turkey.
